Triputra Improvement Forum

Triputra Improvement Forum is a forum that was initiated six years ago to give appreciation to any improvement that has been implemented by any employee at his/her workplace. Any extraordinary innovation was rewarded as much as new idea and creativity. We strongly believe that such occasion will nurture employee spirit towards continuous improvements.

It also provides an opportunity for every company to learn and share any improvement that was implemented by other companies within Triputra Group. This will, in turn, speed up the improvements of processes in Triputra as a whole.

Improvement programs are usually categorized into activities such as Quality Control Circle (QCC) for groups of floor workers, Quality Control Project (QCP) for groups of staffs and supervisors, Suggestion System (SS) for individual employee and Practical Problem Solving (PPS) Projects.

Management improvement programs are also facilitated through a best practices exchange forum amongst all companies in Triputra Group. External guest speakers are also invited to this program to provide latest management lessons and updates to Triputra executives.
