Triputra Management System

A company's roadmap toward excellence is a series of processes that are delivered and produced continuously. Therefore, Triputra believes that management should be defined not as a result, but as a process.

In accordance with our belief, Triputra develops a management system which is universal and dynamic named Triputra Management System (TMS). Our system has to be universal for it is implemented in different business area under Triputra. The system also has to be dynamic, for our aim is to become a world-class business group.

TMS is a guidance used in Triputra for managing PDCA cycle in all sub systems through comprehensive and integrated approach in achieving its goals. TMS is also known as "House of Triputra" due to its resemblance to a house consisted of following components:
