Triputra Human Resources Management System implementation has recently been awarded a recognition at the Asia's Best Employer Brand Awards 2010 which is a not - for - profit making activity and is organized by Professionals for the Professionals. Represented by delegates from 24 countries around Asia and Australia, the Awards function was held on 23rd July, 2010 at Suntec Singapore. These Awards are presented to Individuals and Organizations, who have surpassed several levels of Excellence and set an example of being a Role Model & Exemplary Leader. It includes Individuals behind Organizations who care in building these Institutions through Organization Development, Leadership, Innovation & Change Management approach and a Supreme objective of building future leaders. As shown on the picture, Aribowo M. (left), Head - Corporate Human Resources of Triputra Group received the HR Leadership Award which consists of a Trophy and a Citation in recognition of "Outstanding Leadership & Exemplary Contribution to Human Resources Development". HR Leadership Award is the most prestigious Award. It is a highest honor which an Individual can receive for his or her contribution. The aim of the Award is to recognize the Best of Best, organized for a professional cause. The objective at core is benchmarking talent & HR practices.
