Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta Won CS Award Perbankan 2009

Vica Himawanti, one of the Customer Service (CS) Officers of Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta, has recently been awarded in the "Customer Service Award Perbankan 2009" as the 3rd winner among 45 participants. The competition which was held by Forum Budaya Kerja Perbankan (a forum established by Bank Indonesia) Semarang was meant to promote the role of Customer Service Officers as the frontliners of a bank. It was also meant to enrich them with the required knowledge in order to provide the best service to customers. Within the 5 days training, the finalists were being judged based on their personality, banking and marketing knowledge. During the dinner before the Grand Final show, M. Zaeni Aboe Amin, Head of BI Semarang, sang praises about Vica's outstanding participation and Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta's performance. Hopefully this accomplishment will trigger the other frontliners of Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta to upgrade their standard of competence in delivering the best service to customers.
